CTP Exam Review Virtual course is an additional cost of $50.00 when attending the conference. No refund is allowed once registered for this option.

CTP Exam Review Virtual course only is discounted $150 from the normal $500 fee.  This option is what should be selected if not attending the conference.  No refund is allowed once registered for this option.

Registration to commit to being a sponsor is RESTRICTED.  A code is required for those sponsors that have already committed.

Prospective sponsors should select the "Sponsorships" tab to the left to learn about the different levels available.

It is not necessary to log-in with any type of password in order to register when registration does open. The site recognizes all active members of both the NCTMA and the SCAFP by using the e-mail address that each organization has on file.  If the site does not recognize you as a member and provide the member fee, contact:  [email protected].

Upon registering, you will have the option of: paying online by credit card or manually by mailing in a check.

Before registering for the event, please ensure you are going to attend as there is a cancellation fee.  For any cancellation after May 1, 2025, there is no refund.

    Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2025 Carolinas Cash Adventure: Virtual CTP Track presented by the NCTMA and SCAFP.

    Fees include the cost of the virtual CTP Exam Preparation Track.

    These classes will provide an overview of the study materials for the current version of the AFP’s CTP certification exam. This exam is based on Essentials of Treasury Management, 7th Edition (ETM7). The materials are valid for the next two exam windows (June/July 2025 and Dec/Jan 2026).

    Prep class attendance includes access to The Treasury Academy’s on-line Canvas site which has approximately 25 hours of streaming videos and associated lecture notes covering all of the chapters in ETM7, as well as tips for preparing for and taking the CTP exam.

    The three sessions are 90 minutes each and will be recorded for those not able to attend the live sessions. The instructors will be D.J. Masson of Indiana University and Ray Vines of Turning Point Communications and outline of the sessions more details are provided below. Dates will be provided directly to the enrolled participants. They are anticipated to take place during the same time period as the conference: May 18-May 21, 2025.

    Class #1 (90 minutes):

    • Intro to the CTP Exam and Essentials of Treasury Management 7th Edition (ETM7)
    • Basics of Treasury Management: Treasury Management, Banks and Financial Institutions, Payment Systems

    Class #2 (90 minutes):

    • Basics of Financial Planning & Analysis: Financial Management, Financial Statements, Ratio Analysis, Forecasting
    • Basics of Cash Management: Disbursements, Concentration & Collections, Working Capital Management

    Class #3: (90 minutes):

    • Overview of topics covered on the CTP Exam
    • Review of CTP Calculations: Review of calculations with sample calculation problems

    A Zoom Link will be provided for all of the sessions, and all sessions will be recorded and available to the registered attendees for 1 year following the sessions. Registered participants will also be granted access to the Treasury Academy’s CTP Exam Prep site for a 1-year period.

    Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2025 Carolinas Cash Adventure presented by the NCTMA and SCAFP.

    Fees are as noted below and based upon whether you are an ACTIVE member of one of the associations (NCTMA / SCAFP) or not and based upon when you register.

    Fees include the cost of all conference materials and the following meals:  light snacks & beverages at Sunday Registration; Lunch Monday & Tuesday; Tuesday Night Reception & dinner.

    The Early Bird registration deadline is April 16, 2024. Online registration for the regular fee is available from April 17 through May 10. Onsite registration is available May 18. 

    Cancellations:  Substitutions are welcome if you have registered but cannot attend.    Cancellations made prior to May 1 will be charged a $75 fee.  There will be no refund for any cancellation after May 1.

    Do not forget to make your hotel reservations with the Kingston Resorts.  The group discount rate is only guaranteed through April 15th, 2024, or while the block of rooms is available. Please see the menu item "Lodging for the Conference." for more information.
